When you arrive at the show, either by car or by public transport, you will be direct towards the Atrium or the Piazza. These are public areas which link the different parts of the venue and the halls.

We respectfully ask that you refrain from vaping in these areas, either before or on leaving the venue. But don’t worry! Once you enter the show, which is in halls (17 – 20), you will enter the pre-show area, where you are free to vape to your heart’s content.

The doors to this area are open from 8am so you don’t need to wait outside, you’ll find all facilities here and so you really don’t need to go back into the Atrium. Please work with us on this – there are other shows open at the same time as ours and along with the venue, we work hard to make sure that we will always be able to vape at our shows.

There are lots of different cafes and restaurants at the NEC, both inside the show and in the public areas. Plus you can make the most of your evenings by trying out what’s to offer at Resorts World www.resortworldbirmingham.co.uk

We always have trained first aid staff available in the event of an accident or incident. Just ask the nearest member of staff for immediate assistance.

The NEC is fully accessible and all areas can be reached by wheelchair users. You can book a wheelchair or mobility scooter by emailing InfoEmailAccount@necgroup.co.uk

Hearing loops are available at all public areas and there are plenty of stewards around to help you. All exhibitors are advised of their obligation to ensuring their stands are accessible. We will be allocating specific spaces for wheelchairs users close to the Main Stage.

If you have any particular requirement or suggestion please email us in advance of the show at alyson@vaperexpo.co.uk and we will do our best to help. Should you have any issues at the show we would be grateful if you would report these to the Organisers Office so that we can continue to improve the experience for disabled visitors.

Disabled visitors are required to pay the standard price but a carer is admitted free of charge.

Unfortunately all visitors do have to pay for parking but blue badge holders are permitted to park at the closest car parks.

In addition to our standard disabled toilets we also have changing places toilets which offer additional space for up to two carers.
